Delivery

Babyaccessories offers Free delivery within three working days across the Island of Ireland on orders over €50.

Orders under €50 are subject to a shipping charge of €5.00. 

Click and Collect is available from our Sligo store, you will receive a text message when your order is ready for collection.

Whilst we aim to deliver every order in 2-3 working days we are using a 3rd party courier where delays can happen from time to time due to increased volumes, weather conditions and human error. 

If due to unforeseen reasons stock is not available and there may be a potential delay we will contact you immediately and keep you informed on the progress of your order.
Selected items may take longer to deliver but will be clearly marked on the product information page prior to ordering.  Items Ordered will be delivered between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday with Dpd couriers.  If your items do not arrive within three working days, please contact us and we will contact the carrier. All items we ship are insured at no additional cost. 

Please note that items being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland will incur an additional charge and are excluded from the free shipping.

Returns

If you would like to return an unwanted product please return items to our Kool Kidz Store address, enclosing your order details for refund purposes. Please send an email to customerservice@babyaccessories.ie informing us of your intention to return products prior to sending items back. All items for return must be unused, in their original packaging, have all labels and product instructions attached and MUST be packaged in an outer protective cardboard box or alternative packaging. Should any of the above conditions not be fulfilled we reserve the right to either return the item to you or charge you a restocking fee.

For larger box items we can arrange for our couriers to uplift an unused product in its original packaging within 28days of purchase, there is a charge of €10 per box for this service. Please email us through the contacts page or directly on customerservice@babyaccessories.ie with the following details:

1. Your order id.
2. Your Name and Collection Address
3. Your telephone and contact details should we need to contact you.

In order for a product to be accepted for return:

• the product must be returned unused and placed in its original retail packaging with all instructions and labels attached
• the product's packaging must not be written on, defaced or damaged
• the product  in it's original retail packaging must be packaged in an outer box to protect from damage during return
• the outer cardboard box must be clearly labelled to: Babyaccessories.ie C/O Kool Kidz, Wine St, Sligo, F91KF99
• the box should contain a copy of your original order for identification purposes
